Join this session to build your fitness through our track program. If you have upcoming races in early May, these sessions will help you get stronger and faster.
A few things about our Tuesday session:
a) we meet inside the Central Tech dome starting at 7PM
b) remember to bring your own hydration liquids
c) warm-up starts 7:15PM sharp
d) workout is between 60 minutes up to 90 minutes.
e) all levels are welcome. However, if this is your first time - please arrive early to speak with our workout leader.
